Analytical accuracy of Calibration gases



1.General principles of standard gas production



The development process of standard gas can be divided into purity analysis of raw gas.  Pressing preparation of weighing parts: calibration of high precision analytical methods such as gas chromatography and chemiluminescence;  Performance control and packaging conditions.  Developers and producers of standard gases must ensure that detailed technical data, etc.  Standard gases have reproducible descriptive documents to guide the preparation process, and the equipment required for preparation is in normal use.  All preparation processes must be carried out and controlled in accordance with predetermined preparation procedures so that they are not influenced by external personnel or the environment.




2.  Gas purity analysis of standard gas raw material



Calibration gases require high precision of specified eigenvalues.  The quality of raw gas should be checked before preparation.  If the content of standard gases such as CO, CH4, and CO2/N2 is less than 100.10-6, it is necessary to accurately analyze and set the content of related impurities such as CO, CH2, and CO2, which are diluted gases of high purity nitrogen.  It is clear that in the production of standard gases, the content of CO, CH4 and CO2 in nitrogen is introduced into the standard gases, which directly affects the adjustment results, especially in the manufacture of low content standard gases.  The purity analysis of raw gas is the basic research which directly affects the solid value of weighing method.  When analyzing raw gas, three problems should be solved, namely, the main component, the content of the component to be prepared in the dilute gas and the content of the component to be prepared.  This requirement is quite stringent, which inevitably leads to research into gas analysis and clean technologies.  From this point of view, the requirements for standard gas processing analysis and clean technology are quite high.



If the raw gas required for preparation cannot meet the production requirements of standard gas, it should be purified again to ensure the effectiveness of the above treatment and operation methods.
